Tamara is a native Texan but spent her youth and young adulthood living in Arizona. Deciding that she wanted to raise her children in her home state, she moved back to Ft Worth, Texas. Tamara worked as a medical billing clerk for several years when a coworker introduced her to the love of her life. She married her husband, David Harris, in 2006 who brought her east to live in Mineola, Texas. Between the two of them, they have four grown boys and one daughter-in-law.
For the next several years, Tamara worked for a cable management company in Tyler, starting as the front desk receptionist and working her way up to becoming the office jack of all trades doing payroll, accounts payable, human resource among other managerial duties. After corporate restructuring and the elimination of her position, Tamara decided to embark on a new career and studied for her real estate license.
After a lot hard study while working as a nanny, she received her real estate license in May 2021. With this exciting new road laid before Tamara, she is ready to help others find their dream home and meet any challenge that may arise in the buying or selling process. Tamara is very honest, trustworthy, and meticulous in helping her clients buy and sell real estate. She is excited about helping new home buyers fulfill their dream of getting into their first home, as well as helping homeowners with buying and selling.
Whether you are a buyer, seller, or an investor, Tamara thinks of her clients as family. She strives to help her clients navigate each and every step along the way, providing them with a stress-free real estate experience. When not helping clients, Tamara enjoys volunteering with her church’s children’s ministry. She also sits on the Board of Directors of Heart and Hands of East Texas, is active in a Women’s Bible Study Group, and enjoys wood turning as a hobby. Tamara belongs to the following Boards and Associations:Greater Tyler Association of Realtors,Texas Association of Realtors, and Nation Association Realtors.
